The interview portion asked the following questions:

:: Miss USA, Nia Sanchez: If you were given 30 seconds to deliver a message to the global terrorists what would you say? If I was given 30 seconds to deliver a message to the global terrorists. As Miss USA, I can only give a message of hope, love, and peace. So, I would do my best to spread that message to them, and everyone else in the world.

:: Miss Netherlands, Yasmin Verheijen: What is the biggest change you would like to see for young women in the next generation? I am an ambassador for child prostitution. I want child prostitution to stop, so that is what I want in the next generation.

:: Miss Ukraine, Diana Harkusha: If you could remove the swimsuit competition from the Miss Universe pageant, would you, and why or why not? It depends on the situation. If it’s going to be nice, why not? I feel comfortable in anything. Thank you.

:: Miss Jamaica, Kaci Fennell: One in three women will experience violence in her lifetime. What can be done to get that number down? Good evening Doral. Crime is a global phenomenon--it does not just effect one nation. We as people of the world should work together to prevent it now. Thank you.

:: Miss Colombia, Paulina Vega: What can women learn from men? I believe women can--that is quite a tough question. I believe there are men who believe in equality for women, and I think women could learn from these men.
